Monetaria Villas, is a new villa development in South Phuket, is sited a short drive from Rawai Beach and its surrounding amenities and services. This project comprises of 35 single-story villas.

The design of each villa is stylishly simple, featuring either 3 or 4 bedrooms, all of which come with their own ensuite bathrooms.
